Enter the order number and the email used at checkout. CardVault checks real online orders first, then test orders saved on this device.

Real online orders can now be checked from any device using the order number and checkout email. Test orders still work on the device where they were created.

Shop with clear expectations

These launch-prep policies explain how CardVault intends to handle condition, shipping, returns, privacy, and support. Final policy wording should be reviewed before real payments are turned on.

Card condition & grading

Each listing should identify the card's condition and whether it is raw or professionally graded. Buyers should review the exact listing details and photos before purchasing.

Shipping

Handling time is the number of business days the card owner normally needs before shipment. Vacation Mode can extend the displayed ship-by date for that owner's cards. Tracking should be added to the order when available.

Returns & order problems

Before launch, CardVault will need a final return window and rules for damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed cards. Refunds should be recorded against the original order.

Privacy & payments

CardVault should collect only information needed to fulfill orders. Real payment-card details should be handled by the connected payment provider, not stored directly in CardVault.

Checkout

Prototype checkout: no real credit-card information is collected or charged. A real launch needs a secure payment provider such as Stripe, Square, or Shopify.
Checkout safety: CardVault rechecks one-of-one inventory when you place a test order and blocks duplicate submissions. If a card became unavailable, the order stops instead of silently selling it twice.
